Only 10% of startups continue their operations after the first year. In the IT world, there is a concept called MVP — a version of a product that includes the minimum set of features necessary to address the core problems and needs of the target audience. This means that all test launches of a business should not take years, nor should you wait for everything to be perfect. It also means you need to immediately think about ways to gather feedback on your MVP and learn to sense when your product can move forward or, conversely, when the results fall short of expectations.
